We welcome you to Holly House
Holly House Bed and Breakfast (right) is situated in the small village of Chelwood Gate on the edge of the Ashdown Forest, making it the ideal location from which to explore Sussex.
The village Chelwood Gate derives its name from being one of the entrances into the Ashdown Forest through which Prince John the son of King Edward III would have entered the forest from his hunting lodge, today it has grown into a Parish with two churches & two pubs.
